Clexane 60mg Injection is an anticoagulant belonging to the low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) category. It contains Enoxaparin as its active ingredient and is primarily used to treat severe blood clots. Additionally, it helps prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients undergoing abdominal surgery, hip replacement, knee replacement, or those with limited mobility. This injection is also used to reduce the risk of heart complications in patients with unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction.

Precautions and Contraindications

• Do not use Clexane 60mg if you have active bleeding, hypersensitivity, or a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT).
• Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Enoxaparin sodium, heparin, benzyl alcohol, or pork-derived products.
• Your healthcare provider will monitor you regularly for signs of bleeding.
