Canmab 440mg Injection is indicated for its use in the following conditions:
- Advanced and metastatic breast cancer
- Metastatic gastric cancer
The protein called HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) is found in abundant amounts on the surface of certain cancer cells, where it stimulates cancer growth. Canmab 440mg Injection selectively binds to HER2 and stops the growth of cancer cells.
Interaction of Canmab 440mg Injection with other drugsInform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Canmab 440mg Injection and cause undesirable side effects.

- Store between 2ËšC and 8ËšC.
- Canmab 440mg Injection shall either be administered before or after surgery.
- It will be given as an Intravenous infusion for 90 minutes, if well tolerated it shall be administered within 30 minutes for the next doses.
Pregnancy
